At the end of this survey, we will provide you a full quote and a print copy to sign and return to Gopher Girl. In addition, a deposit of 10% of the total project is due prior to commencement. Web Design Process

Gopher Girl web designs are managed in 4 different processes. During these phases, information will be required from you.

PHASE 1: Administrative Phase

  1. new design survey
  2. contract review with client
  3. client returns signed contract and pays deposit
  4. Gopher Girl creates an account in the project management system and provides client access

PHASE 2: Design Phase

  1. Gopher Girl creates initial design and places the design on a test URL
  2. Client reviews/approves design concept
  3. Client provides additional content such as text, images, etc.
  4. Gopher Girl completes the remaining pages of design
  5. Client reviews final design and approves.
  6. Client makes final payment

PHASE 3: Implementation Phase

  1. Gopher Girl loads approved files to hosting via FTP.
  2. Gopher Girl configures email, form and installs Google Analytics for client.

PHASE 4: After the design

  1. Gopher Girl provides 7 days free technical support after the design. All ongoing maintenance does not commence until after this period.
I understand these phases and agree to providing Gopher Girl the required information needed.
   

Other terms and conditions

  • Timeframe and Deadlines: Gopher Girl is allocated 30 business days for the design and the implementation phase within 5 business days. Rush requests can be accomidated at additional cost to the client. If the client fails to provide the required information in a timely manner within these deadlines, Gopher Girl may terminate the project. If Gopher Girl fails to complete the design in this time frame, a full refund is given to the client.

  • Deposit and Payment: Payments can be made either via paypal or personal check. The deposit is non-refundable. Pricing agreements are either arranged in the following terms. (a) paid in full upon receipt of service (b) 25% payment on a monthly term. (c) Prepayment agreements

  • Terms of the project, changes and updates
    Online conferencing, phone calls and meetings will be set up to ensure proper understanding of client's desires and terms of the project. A revision is a communication from the client, such as an email, which defines what changes should be made. All changes will be discussed, agreed and confirmed in writing either by formal contract or email. During the duration of the project, Gopher Girl will provide ongoing updates in the form of email, phone call or update in the project management system. This method is to properly ensure the terms of the project are being met, and any changes and issues can be addressed during the project phase.

  • Web designs: On all web designs a "web design by Gopher Girl" text and link back to http://gophergirl.net will be added on the footer of the index page. If the client chooses to use any portion of a design created by Gopher Girl, this reference will not be removed.
